MICHAEL O'CONNOR: At O'Connor & Associates, we practice in the personal injury field. We represent only plaintiffs, people that have been injured or victims of somebody else's negligence.

Experience is important for any client to take into consideration when they're trying to choose a lawyer. With experience comes wisdom and with wisdom comes the knowledge to handle the case properly and to be able to get it resolved in a proper manner.

I graduated from St. Mary's Law School in 1980 and went up to Dallas for a few years to work in a district attorney's office in a trial section and then moved to the Brazos Valley in the mid 80s and have been helping victims and people that have been injured for about 25 years here in the Brazos Valley.

Settled thousands of cases and been the lead attorney in over 100 jury trials. I think it's important for any potential clients, want for them to know that here each and every one of our clients is involved deeply in the process of the partnership in their case.

We limit the number of cases that we accept and we do that so we can give full attention to the case and to properly prepare it. I think it's also important for potential clients to know that we have a fully bilingual staff here and are happy to and do on many occasions represent Spanish speaking Hispanic clients.
